Fall sweep rowing is open to advanced beginners through experienced. You must have completed the novice rowing program or a comparable class. This program offers the ability for all levels to improve and build on their present rowing skills and fitness.

If interested, fall offers the opportunity for more experienced rowers (ages 21+) to race in up to 3 regattas. (Racing costs will be extra). Competitive rowers must expect to come to a minimum of 2/3 practices per week. The head coach can help determine if you are at a level to race.

As it gets darker earlier in the fall, we will come off the water at dusk and do a variety of fitness, stretching and yoga, all key aspects to being a strong rower. Please bring a yoga mat and sneakers to every practice and a reusable water bottle.
