If interested, fall offers the opportunity for more experienced rowers (ages 21+) to race in several regattas. (Racing costs will be extra). Competitive rowers must expect to come to a minimum of 2/3 practices per week. The head coach can help determine if you are at a level to race.
As it gets darker earlier in the fall, we will come off the water at dusk and do a variety of fitness, stretching and yoga, all key aspects to being a strong rower. Please bring a yoga mat and sneakers to every practice and a reusable water bottle.
